1. Introduction
Welcome to Agents by Techowiz, a customer relationship management and AI outreach platform operated by CHAPERONE SOLUTIONS LLP ("Techowiz"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our web application, AI agents, telecalling, email, and WhatsApp outreach services. By signing up or using Agents by Techowiz, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services
Agents by Techowiz provides AI-powered tools for customer outreach across voice, email, and WhatsApp channels. Features include agent creation, campaign management, CRM contact tracking, conversation analytics, and wallet-based billing for usage. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to represent your business to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use Agents by Techowiz in compliance with all applicable laws, including Indian telecom regulations, TRAI guidelines, and data protection rules. You may not use our platform to send spam, make unauthorised calls, harvest data without consent, or impersonate another entity.
5. Payments and wallet
Usage is billed through a prepaid wallet. You may add funds via supported payment methods. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
Agents by Techowiz and its underlying software, designs, and content are owned by CHAPERONE SOLUTIONS LLP. You retain ownership of your customer data, brand materials, and conversation content. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Outstanding fees remain due.
8. Limitation of liability
Agents by Techowiz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHAPERONE SOLUTIONS LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
